I’m Tiffany, the founder of Forklore Foods. After years of working in consulting and the corporate world, I found myself juggling long hours with the desire to eat well. Convenience often came at the cost of taste and health, leaving me frustrated and tired of compromise. That’s when I had an epiphany—the answer wasn’t choosing between quick and nourishing; it was finding a way to bring both together. With this idea in mind, Forklore Foods was born: a brand that makes it easy to enjoy innovative, flavorful meals without the stress or hassle of long cooking times.

 

I have acid reflux and had a difficult time finding healthy, tasty non-tomato based sauces in today's existing products. Our first product, the creamy spinach basil pasta sauce, is a high-protein pesto alternative made with quality ingredients that can be used in sandwiches, on pizzas, and many more recipes. Each pack is a solution to that daily dilemma: how can I eat well, feel good, and explore new tastes even on my busiest days? Whether you’re creating a quick pasta dish or trying out a new pizza recipe, our sauce can help you create meals that are simple yet nourishing for the body and soul.
