Burrata Sandwich with Mortadella & Creamy Spinach Basil Sauce

Ingredients List


4 pieces of bread or 2 loaves of ciabatta bread

1 jar Forklore Foods creamy spinach basil pasta sauce

1/2 lb pistachio mortadella

6 oz burrata cheese

sea salt

1 tbsp olive or truffle oil

handful of pistachios, roughly chopped


Recipe Instructions


  1. Preheat oven, generally 400°F. Drizzle olive or truffle oil and toast ciabatta.

  2. Assemble your sandwich. Stretch the burrata open and place it on the bottom piece of bread with generous amounts of pistachio mortadella. Sprinkle sea salt and chopped pistachios. Spread the creamy spinach basil pasta sauce on the top piece of bread.

  3. Slice it up and enjoy!
